Held mid-week on Wednesdays 9am to 2pm or Saturdays 7:30am to 1pm at the Pukalani Stables with a fantastic market of various stands selling fresh bread and pastries, fresh produce and plants, take out foods, jewelry and hand crafts and ointments and other herbal products

Waimea Town Farmers Market
Held every Saturday from 7:30 to 12 noon at the front of Parker School in Waimea. You can find your choice of baked goods and breads, delicious take-out foods and other specialty food items, fresh produce from the area, meats, eggs, plants and various crafts, jewelry and arts for sale.

There is also seasonality at the Waimea farmers markets so only the freshest and locally grown are sold at these particular markets in town.
